Job Description:

We are looking for an Admin, Sales & Marketing Executive to manage office administration, support sales operations, and assist with marketing coordination. The role involves client interaction, documentation, reporting, and supporting business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative and office coordination tasks
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents
  • Coordinate sales follow-ups and client communication
  • Assist in marketing activities and lead generation
  • Maintain records, reports, and CRM data
  • Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients

Requirements:

  • 3 -5 years experience in admin / sales coordination / marketing support
  • Construction or contracting industry experience is an advantage
  • Good English communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
