Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and well-organized Receptionist / Office Secretary to join our office in Dubai. The role combines front desk responsibilities with general administrative and office support duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answering and directing phone calls and emails
  • Scheduling meetings, organizing meeting rooms, and coordinating appointments
  • Assisting with document organization and basic administrative tasks
  • Supporting daily office operations and secretarial duties
  • Serving coffee and tea during meetings when required
  • Maintaining a tidy and professional reception and office area

Requirements:

  • Fluent or very good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Russian language skills are preferred
  • Previous experience as a receptionist, office secretary, or administrative assistant is an advantage
  • Professional appearance and strong communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
