Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and well-organized Receptionist / Office Secretary to join our office in Dubai. The role combines front desk responsibilities with general administrative and office support duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answering and directing phone calls and emails
- Scheduling meetings, organizing meeting rooms, and coordinating appointments
- Assisting with document organization and basic administrative tasks
- Supporting daily office operations and secretarial duties
- Serving coffee and tea during meetings when required
- Maintaining a tidy and professional reception and office area
Requirements:
- Fluent or very good command of English (spoken and written)
- Russian language skills are preferred
- Previous experience as a receptionist, office secretary, or administrative assistant is an advantage
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
