Job Description:
Mophead Cleaning Services is seeking an experienced housekeeper trainer to train, guide, and support housekeeping staff to meet company quality standards. This role focuses on improving cleaning performance, ensuring consistency, and maintaining high levels of service across all properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train new and existing housekeepers on cleaning procedures and company standards
• Conduct on-site training and practical demonstrations
• Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies
• Monitor performance and provide feedback for improvement
• Support quality audits and corrective training when required
• Maintain training records and documentation
• Work closely with the operations team to address quality gaps

Requirements:

• Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning supervision, or training roles
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and safety standards
• Good communication skills in English
• Ability to train, motivate, and guide staff effectively
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Flexible to work across different locations if required

Work Schedule:

• Full-time role
• Working days and hours as per operational requirements
