To get our guests’ memorable experiences off to an unforgettable start, we’re looking for a Reservations Agent who can make every interaction feel seamless, provide expert guidance, and ensure each booking is handled with care and confidence. From the first inquiry to the final confirmation, you’ll help our guests feel informed, valued, and excited about their stay.A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Creating truly memorable guest experiences by handling reservations with accuracy, efficiency, and warmth
- Responding to guest inquiries via phone, email, and online channels with professionalism and care
- Acknowledging IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests, ensuring their preferences are recognized
- Managing, modifying, and cancelling reservations while ensuring all details are correctly recorded
- Providing clear information on rates, availability, promotions, and hotel services
- Anticipating guest needs and offering tailored recommendations to enhance their stay
- Acting as a trusted point of contact for guests, supporting them with booking questions, special requests, and payment-related queries
What we need from you
- Strong communication skills – guests will rely on you for clear, friendly, and confident guidance
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure reservations are accurate and expectations are met
- Problem-solving skills that turn questions or challenges into positive guest experiences
- Fluency in the local language – additional language skills are a plus, but not essential
- Literate and tech-savvy – comfortable with reading, writing, basic maths, and reservation systems
