Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth through strategic field sales and channel partner development, particularly in the building materials, interiors, or fit-out industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients through research, networking, and on-ground visits
- Acquire new channel partners and strengthen relationships with existing ones
- Generate project leads by collaborating with architects, interior designers, and contractors
- Conduct product presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals
- Convert inactive channel partners into active revenue contributors
- Ensure timely payment collections and maintain detailed sales reports
- Prepare weekly and monthly order forecasts and MIS documentation
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
Candidate Requirements:
- 6 to 8 years of experience in field sales and revenue generation
- Proven track record in managing and growing channel partner networks
- Prior experience in interiors/fit outs/flooring or related sectors preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
