Job Overview:
Provide professional administrative, coordination, and procurement support to ensure smooth office and project operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage executive schedules, correspondence, and travel arrangements.

2. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.

3. Handle procurement, from sourcing vendors to processing purchase orders.

4. Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain organized filing systems.

5. Support project coordination by tracking tasks and liaising with teams.

6. Oversee general office administration and maintain office supplies.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field.

2. Minimum 2 years of office administration experience.

3. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

4. Strong organizational and communication skills.

5. Professional, discreet, and able to multitask effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month
