Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Reservation Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling guest reservations and inquiries in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming reservation requests via phone, email, or online platforms
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests during the reservation process
  • Confirm reservations and communicate any special requests to relevant departments
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest information
  • Assist with resolving any booking discrepancies or issues promptly

Experience

  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is desirable
  • Proficiency in phone etiquette and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to speak multiple languages is advantageous
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential
  • Prior experience in guest services is a plus
