Full job description

We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1 year of experience in administrative and accounting support roles (UAE experience is an advantage)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strict confidentiality

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting Support

  • Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records and reports
  • Support accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoicing and reconciliations
  • Contribute to month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Prepare journal entries and help ensure accuracy of the general ledger
  • Assist during audits and support compliance with financial policies and regulations

Administrative Support

  • Handle day-to-day office administration and general operational tasks
  • Coordinate meetings, correspondence, and documentation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic and physical filing systems
  • Support management with reports, schedules, and internal communications
