Full job description
We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1 year of experience in administrative and accounting support roles (UAE experience is an advantage)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strict confidentiality
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting Support
- Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records and reports
- Support accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoicing and reconciliations
- Contribute to month-end and year-end closing processes
- Prepare journal entries and help ensure accuracy of the general ledger
- Assist during audits and support compliance with financial policies and regulations
Administrative Support
- Handle day-to-day office administration and general operational tasks
- Coordinate meetings, correspondence, and documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic and physical filing systems
- Support management with reports, schedules, and internal communications
