We are looking for a polished, personable, and guest-focused Guest Relations Executive to join our Culinara team. This role is key to delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and remembered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage guests warmly, ensuring a memorable first and last impression
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow efficiently
- Build strong relationships with regular guests and VIPs
- Handle guest feedback, requests, and concerns with professionalism and care
- Coordinate closely with the restaurant management and service teams to deliver seamless service
- Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences
- Support special occasions, events, and promotions to enhance guest experience
Requirements:
- Previous experience in guest relations, hospitality, or a similar front-of-house role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, well-presented, and service-driven personality
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of reservation systems is an advantage
