A Housekeeping Supervisor for camps is responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of camp facilities. Here are some key duties:

Main Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and train housekeeping staff, assign tasks, and ensure they follow safety protocols

– Cleaning Operations: Oversee cleaning of rooms, common areas, and facilities to maintain high standards

– Inventory Management: Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, equipment, and amenities

– Customer Service: Address guest complaints and special requests, ensuring high satisfaction

– Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations, sanitation policies, and industry standards

– Reporting: Prepare reports on departmental activities, staff performance, and resource utilization

Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent, with experience in housekeeping or hospitality

– Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

– Ability to multitask, work independently, and handle physical demands of the job
