Job Overview:
As a Warehouse Keeper in the fashion industry, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities. You will be responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of fashion merchandise, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to industry standards. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be crucial in maintaining inventory integrity and optimizing warehouse processes.

Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing fashion merchandise. Organize and catalog items according to type, size, color, and other relevant criteria.
• Receiving and Inspection: Receive deliveries of fashion products, inspecting them for quality and accuracy against purchase orders. Report any discrepancies or damages to relevant stakeholders.
• Storage and Organization: Ensure proper storage of fashion items within the warehouse, utilizing appropriate shelving, racks, and storage systems. Implement strategies to maximize space efficiency and accessibility.
• Order Picking and Packing: Fulfill orders accurately and efficiently, picking fashion items from inventory according to established procedures. Pack orders securely to prevent damage during transit.
• Shipping and Dispatch: Prepare shipments for outgoing orders, ensuring proper packaging and labeling. Coordinate with shipping carriers to arrange timely pickups and deliveries.
• Inventory Control: Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to reconcile discrepancies and maintain accurate stock levels. Monitor inventory levels of fast-moving and slow-moving items, making recommendations for restocking or clearance as needed.
• Quality Assurance: Uphold quality standards for all fashion merchandise, ensuring that only items meeting established criteria are accepted into inventory and shipped to customers.
