Job Summary:
As an Outdoor Sales Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, securing new business, negotiating deals, and representing our company professionally. You will serve as a trusted point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent service while upholding company values and policies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet assigned targets.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers; offer solutions and manage all sales activities within the assigned territory.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and values to ensure a positive and accurate representation of the company.
- Coordinate with the accounts department to ensure timely payments from customers.
- Ensure stock availability for sales and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate and close deals; handle customer complaints or objections professionally.
- Maintain a strong and professional company image at all times.
- Identify opportunities for sales improvement and growth.
- Monitor competitor activities and market conditions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs.
- Actively seek new prospects through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Schedule meetings with potential clients and understand their requirements.
- Follow up with customers after meetings and send timely reminders.
- Prepare purchase plans for potential clients based on project needs.
- Respond to customer emails, send quotations, and prepare invoices.
- Organize and attend exhibitions as required.
Requirements & Skills:
- More than 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong discipline, organization skills, and adherence to company rules.
- Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools.
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, CRM preferred).
- Fluent in English.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
