Job Summary:
As an Outdoor Sales Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, securing new business, negotiating deals, and representing our company professionally. You will serve as a trusted point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent service while upholding company values and policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet assigned targets.
  • Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers; offer solutions and manage all sales activities within the assigned territory.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and values to ensure a positive and accurate representation of the company.
  • Coordinate with the accounts department to ensure timely payments from customers.
  • Ensure stock availability for sales and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate and close deals; handle customer complaints or objections professionally.
  • Maintain a strong and professional company image at all times.
  • Identify opportunities for sales improvement and growth.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market conditions.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs.
  • Actively seek new prospects through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Schedule meetings with potential clients and understand their requirements.
  • Follow up with customers after meetings and send timely reminders.
  • Prepare purchase plans for potential clients based on project needs.
  • Respond to customer emails, send quotations, and prepare invoices.
  • Organize and attend exhibitions as required.

Requirements & Skills:

  • More than 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a related industry.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong discipline, organization skills, and adherence to company rules.
  • Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools.
  • Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, CRM preferred).
  • Fluent in English.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
