BRASCO ADVISORS is a Dubai-based advisory and corporate services firm supporting international companies and investors entering and expanding in the UAE.

We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day corporate and advisory operations. This role focuses on administrative coordination, proposal preparation, document organization, and meeting scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to management and advisory team
  • Prepare and format proposals, presentations, and corporate documents
  • Organize and maintain client and project records
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments
  • Handle emails, correspondence, and follow-ups
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
  • Assist with internal reports and documentation as required

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative assistant or office support role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Professional attitude and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a corporate, consulting, or professional services environment
  • Familiarity with UAE office practices
  • Experience supporting senior management
  • Additional languages are an advantage (preferably Portuguese)
