Full job description

We are looking for one Bus Driver who is responsible for the safe, punctual, and efficient transportation of company staff and workers to and from construction sites, accommodation, and other assigned locations. The role requires strict compliance with UAE traffic laws, company policies, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport employees and workers between labour accommodation, construction sites, offices, and other designated locations.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely pick-up and drop-off.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections (fuel, tires, brakes, lights, cleanliness) and report any defects or maintenance needs immediately.
• Maintain the bus in clean and roadworthy condition at all times.
• Ensure passengers follow safety rules, including proper seating and seat belt use where applicable.
• Adhere strictly to UAE traffic laws and company safety regulations.
• Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance logs.
• Coordinate with site supervisors or transport coordinators regarding daily transport requirements.
• Assist in emergency situations and report accidents or incidents promptly to management.
• Support additional driving duties as assigned by management when required.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Valid UAE Heavy Bus Driving License.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a bus driver in the UAE (construction or labor transport preferred).
• Good knowledge of UAE roads, traffic rules, and safe driving practices.
• Physically fit with good eyesight and hearing.
• Ability to communicate in basic English (knowledge of Hindi/Urdu/Arabic is an advantage).
• Good behaviour, patience, and responsible attitude toward passengers.

Working Conditions

• Working hours as per company schedule and project requirements.
• May involve early morning, late evening, or split shifts.
• Work location includes construction sites, labor camps, and company premises.
