Job Title: Driver ( Home Care )

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport home care clients to medical appointments, therapy sessions, errands, and social activities
• Transport caregivers or care staff to client homes as scheduled
• Assist clients with entering and exiting the vehicle when required
• Ensure vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and fueled
• Follow assigned schedules and routes while allowing flexibility for client needs
• Observe and report any changes in client condition or safety concerns to supervisors
• Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage records, and schedules
• Adhere to traffic laws, company policies, and client confidentiality requirements
• Use defensive driving techniques and practice infection control measures

Qualifications and Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Previous experience driving in a healthcare or home care setting preferred
• Knowledge of local routes and navigation systems
• Ability to assist elderly, disabled, or mobility-impaired clients
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic first aid knowledge preferred
