Job Description


As our Butchery Demi Chef de Partie, you will:

  • Assist in the butchery process, including meat and seafood selection, portioning, and preparation, under the guidance of senior chefs.
  • Work collaboratively with the Main Kitchen team to ensure the quality and consistency of meat cuts for our culinary creations.
  • Learn and develop essential butchery skills, meat and seafood handling techniques, and proper storage procedures to uphold the standards of excellence in meat preparation.
  • Support the management of inventory levels, production schedules, and cost control measures to optimize butcher operations and contribute to exceptional dining experiences.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in butchery or a culinary role involving meat preparation.
  • Basic knowledge of butchery techniques, meat cuts, and meat handling practices.
  • Enthusiasm for the culinary arts, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow in the field of butchery.
  • A passion for quality cuts, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
