Waiters & Waitresses

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Waiters and Waitresses to join our team in Dubai. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and dedicated to providing an excellent dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Service: Greet and seat guests, present menus, and offer recommendations.
• Order Management: Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff.
• Service Excellence: Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, and check on guests to ensure their satisfaction.
• Table Maintenance: Prepare, set, and clear tables, ensuring the dining area is clean and well-organized.
• Problem-Solving: Address guest complaints or concerns with a positive and helpful attitude.
• Payment Processing: Handle billing and payments efficiently and accurately.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience as a waiter or waitress, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to multitask.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
• Qualities: A friendly, professional demeanor and a strong team-oriented spirit.
• Availability: Must be flexible to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Experience:

• Waiter or Waiteress: 2 years (Required)
