- Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables.

- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Check on customers during meals to ensure satisfaction.
- Clear tables, clean dining areas, and reset tables for the next guests.
- Process bills, handle cash/card payments, and return change.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
