• Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables.

• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.

• Check on customers during meals to ensure satisfaction.
• Clear tables, clean dining areas, and reset tables for the next guests.
• Process bills, handle cash/card payments, and return change.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
