Provide friendly and personalized customer service to every visitor.
Understand customer requirements and assist them in selecting suitable lenses.
Explain product features and benefits clearly to help customers make decisions.
Manage and monitor store stock, ensuring proper availability of products.
Work towards achieving assigned monthly sales targets.
Support daily cleanliness and organization of the branch.
Maintain follow up with customers regarding quotations, completed sales, and repeat purchases.
Handle basic after sales support to strengthen long term customer relationships.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or currently enrolled in a university program.
At least 2 years of experience in sales or customer handling roles.
Previous experience in an optical store will be considered a plus.
Customer focused mindset with a proactive and positive attitude.
