Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their parking inquiries and issues.
– Provide accurate information about parking rates, availability, and policies.
– Handle customer complaints and resolve them efficiently and professionally.
– Document all customer interactions thoroughly in the company database.
– Collaborate with on-site parking staff to address customer concerns and improve service.
– Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and resolve outstanding issues.
Skills and Qualifications:
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple calls efficiently.
– Basic computer skills and familiarity with call center software.
– Attention to detail and ability to document interactions accurately.
– Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
