Full job description

We are looking for a professional and well-presented Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide excellent customer service to walk-in clients and callers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and assist walk-in clients
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Maintain front desk operations and meeting room schedules
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks and document coordination
  • Support the sales and leasing team as required

Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role
  • Well-organized, punctual, and presentable
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
  • Immediate joiners are preferred
