Job Description

Service Advisor required for high-volume automotive workshop in UAE. Primary role: customer consultation, vehicle assessment, repair estimates, approvals, upselling, complaint resolution, and achievement of CSI and revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, inspect vehicles, document concerns
• Prepare and explain estimates, secure repair approvals
• Coordinate job progress with workshop team
• Provide status updates to customers
• Upsell services, packages, accessories
• Handle inquiries and complaints
• Finalize billing and payments
• Meet CSI, sales, and productivity targets

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Automotive, Business, or equivalent
• 3–6 years Service Advisor experience in UAE/GCC workshops
• Knowledge of vehicle systems and repairs
• Arabic & English fluency (verbal & written)
• Sales, negotiation, customer service skills
• Proficient in workshop management software
• Valid UAE driving license preferred

Only candidates with current UAE residence visa and proven UAE/GCC Service Advisor experience considered.
