We are currently looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Expert to join our team. This role involves building and maintaining client relationships, promoting our travel and tourism services, and meeting sales targets through proactive, face-to-face engagement. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the travel industry and excellent interpersonal skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential clients, including businesses, and individual travelers, to promote our travel packages and services.
- Stay up-to-date with travel trends, destination knowledge, and product offerings, enabling tailored recommendations for clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, understand customer needs, and create targeted sales strategies.
- Conduct sales presentations, negotiate terms, and close sales with clients. Address client inquiries and provide clear, compelling answers.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to grow brand presence and establish new client connections.
- Work closely with the marketing, operations, and product development teams to ensure alignment in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business through after-sales support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
- At least three years of experience in sales, preferably within the UAE travel and tourism industry.
- Strong knowledge of travel destinations, packages, and trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel frequently.
- Valid UAE Driving license.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for customer satisfaction.
