Position: HR & Admin Office and Lead coordinator – Hypermarket chain
Location: UAE
Salary: From AED 3500 & Other benefits ( Depending on experience & Capability)
About the Role:
We are a leading retail company in the UAE with over 50+ Supermarkets & Hypermarkets looking for a flexible and proactive HRC or HR coordinator (Mainly hiring) to handle daily HR tasks, labor relations, and staff welfare. The ideal candidate can manage all types of staff, handle emergencies, and support smooth operations during major sale events.
Key Duties:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation
- Handle labor and staff issues professionally
- Support employee engagement and retention
- Be available for flexible timings when required
- Manage temporary staff during big sale days
- Ensure HR compliance and maintain records
Requirements:
- 2–3 years’ HR/Admin experience (retail preferred)
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of UAE labor law
- Flexible, organized, and people-oriented
A degree or a diploma in a HR admin related role will be a plus.
