Full job description
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely updating of all system entries
- Identify, correct, and report data discrepancies or errors
- Organize and maintain both digital and physical records
- Prepare basic reports and data summaries when required
- Close monitoring GRV status on monthly basis
- Support administrative and operational tasks as assigned by management
- Monitor and track GRV status on a monthly basis to ensure timely closure
- Register customer complaints in the software system based on incoming calls and messages
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with ERP systems or databases
- Basic computer skills with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Ability to work under deadlines and minimal supervision
Qualifications & Experience:
- High School Certificate or equivalent
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative work is preferred
