Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Hospital, one of the leading healthcare providers in the UAE, is seeking a professional and customer-oriented Client Service Officer to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering an exceptional client and patient experience by ensuring smooth communication, efficient service delivery, and high standards of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and patients in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner.
  • Handle client inquiries, appointments, registrations, and follow-ups efficiently.
  • Coordinate with medical, nursing, and administrative teams to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Address client concerns and complaints promptly while maintaining a high level of service quality.
  • Maintain accurate client records and update hospital systems accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards.
  • Support daily front-desk and client service operations as required.
  • Promote a positive image of the hospital through excellent customer service.

Candidate RequirementsRequired

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Customer Service, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in client service, customer service, or front-desk roles.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage client inquiries, appointments, and complaints professionally.
  • Well-presented, organized, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to service excellence.

Preferred

  • Previous experience in a healthcare, hospital, or medical services environment.
  • Proficiency in Arabic; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Experience using CRM systems or hospital information systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with patient-centered care standards and service quality frameworks.
