Essential Duties
- Interface with internal and external parties with a high level of professionalism and adherence to confidentiality
- Maintain calendar, schedule and coordinate meetings and conference calls.
- Arrange complex regional and international travel, including visas and detailed itineraries
- Maintain, correspondence, documents and filing system in a highly organized fashion
- Set up and confirm travel arrangements and organize itineraries; proactively monitor travel schedule and resolve any issues that arise
- Prepare and submit expenses reports on a timely basis
- Research, collect, and analyze information and materials from the internet and other sources
- Prepare correspondence, documents, and spreadsheets
- Prepare/gather/organize materials for meetings and presentations
- Assist with general office operations and coordination with HR, Finance, and IT teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education
- Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to prioritize well
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task with excellent attention to detail
- Must be reliable, possess good judgment, and demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills
- Professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must adhere to strict confidentiality provisions
Professional Skills Qualifications
- Minimum of six years’ experience as an Executive Assistant in a similar role supporting clients and executives. Prior experience working with key stakeholders in the middle east is strongly preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and in different time zones
- Experience in financial services, investment management, professional services, or government-related environments is an advantage
- Fluent in English required; Arabic is a strong plus
