Full job description
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to manage project documents and correspondence efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience in building contracting environments and be proficient in document management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize, number, index, and archive project documents (incoming and outgoing).
- Maintain document workflows and approval cycles according to UAE/Dubai standards.
- Format and issue professional letters and correspondence.
- Manage files that may include English and Chinese content.
- Ensure documents are up-to-date, accurate, and easily retrievable.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in document control within construction/building companies.
- Proficient in MS Office and document management systems.
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Ability to adapt to a Chinese working environment and handle files with Chinese content.
- Knowledge of UAE/Dubai documentation standards and approval processes.
