Full job description

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to manage project documents and correspondence efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience in building contracting environments and be proficient in document management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize, number, index, and archive project documents (incoming and outgoing).
  • Maintain document workflows and approval cycles according to UAE/Dubai standards.
  • Format and issue professional letters and correspondence.
  • Manage files that may include English and Chinese content.
  • Ensure documents are up-to-date, accurate, and easily retrievable.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in document control within construction/building companies.
  • Proficient in MS Office and document management systems.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Ability to adapt to a Chinese working environment and handle files with Chinese content.
  • Knowledge of UAE/Dubai documentation standards and approval processes.
