Tony Wong is a premium Hotpot & Chinese Fusion Restaurant located in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai. We are known for our high-quality ingredients, interactive hotpot dining experience, and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-presented Restaurant Hostess to be the face of our restaurant and create a welcoming first impression for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and seating arrangements efficiently
• Escort guests to their tables and introduce the hotpot dining concept when required
• Maintain an organized waiting list during busy periods
• Coordinate with service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth table flow
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints professionally
• Ensure the reception and entrance area is always clean and presentable
• Assist in providing menu information and promotions
• Collect guest feedback and support management in improving guest experience
• Maintain excellent customer service standards at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Hostess or in a customer service role in a restaurant or hotel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed, confident, and professional appearance
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly, positive, and service-oriented attitude
• Good command of English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Experience in Chinese, Asian, or Hotpot restaurants is a plus
• UAE experience is an advantage
