About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Sales Executive to join a prestigious retail outlet in JAFZA. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving sales performance in a dynamic, multi-brand environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting with product selection
• Drive sales through proactive engagement, product knowledge sharing, and consultative selling
• Guide customers to appropriate products and respond professionally to inquiries
• Process transactions accurately, including cash, card, and digital payments
• Maintain customer profiles and document sales activities
• Support inventory management, including receiving and merchandising
• Ensure store security and report potential issues to management
• Build customer loyalty through personalized communication about promotions and new arrivals

Required Qualifications

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years in retail sales, preferably in large-format department stores
• Proven track record with international brands across apparel, footwear, cosmetics, and perfumes

Skills:

• Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Basic numeracy and transaction processing skills
• High energy, reliability, and professional demeanor

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent
