Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales team with end-to-end coordination, order processing, documentation, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in sales support, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales activities and support the sales team throughout the sales cycle
- Process sales orders and ensure accurate and timely execution
- Coordinate with logistics and internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Prepare sales quotations, reports, and related documentation
- Maintain sales records and update databases as required
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar support role
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Experience in order processing and logistics coordination
- Ability to prepare sales reports, quotations, and documentation
- Proven end-to-end sales coordination experience
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Chemical, Construction, Oil & Gas, or Healthcare industries is an added advantage

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales documentation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
