Job Summary:
We are looking for an IT Assistant to support the hotel’s daily IT operations and ensure smooth system performance across all departments and outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day IT support to hotel staff and outlets.
- Assist in maintaining hotel systems (PMS, POS, PABX, Wi-Fi, CCTV).
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues.
- Coordinate with the IT In-Charge and external vendors when required.
- Support system setups, user access, and basic configurations.
- Maintain IT inventory and documentation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hospitality IT is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of hotel systems and networks.
- Ability to troubleshoot common IT issues.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in a hotel operational environment.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality group.
- Basic understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi, and PABX systems.
