Job description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Kitchen Staff/Cook with a strong background in Food & Beverage operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and efficiency in the kitchen. This role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering excellent dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, quality standards, and portion sizes.
  • Assist in food preparation and storage, ensuring freshness and minimizing waste.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, following hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP or equivalent).
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared and served in a timely manner, meeting customer and management expectations.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth F&B operations.
  • Assist in developing new menu items or improving existing recipes when requested.
  • Monitor food stock levels and report shortages promptly.
  • Uphold company policies, food safety standards, and sanitation requirements at all times.
  • Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages including drinks, teas, and specialty beverages.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a cook, kitchen staff, or similar role within the F&B industry.
  • Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
  • Basic understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Culinary training or certification (preferred but not mandatory.

Note:- Excellent English and Customer Service preferred.
