Assist in managing day-to-day restaurant operations and service flow- Ensure high standards of guest service and promptly handle guest feedback or complaints
- Supervise, train, and motivate service staff to maintain performance standards
- Support staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, and shift planning
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, safety, and food safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies and stock control
- Support cash handling procedures, billing accuracy, and daily revenue reporting
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service operations
- Assist in implementing promotions, special events, and service initiatives
- Step in for the Restaurant Manager in their absence when required
المؤهلات
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage service, with supervisory exposure
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Guest-focused with a passion for hospitality excellence
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
