(Job Responsibilities)
- Manage and control all construction materials, company assets, machinery, tools, and small equipment stored in the warehouse/store.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all assets, materials, and equipment, including site-wise allocation and movement tracking.
- Keep a clear record of which site, project, or engineer has been issued each instrument or asset.
- Issue materials, tools, and equipment to site teams only against approved requests and maintain proper documentation.
- Strongly follow up with site teams to ensure timely return of issued assets, tools, and instruments to the store after completion of work.
- Monitor the condition of returned equipment, identify wear and tear, damages, or missing items, and report the same to management.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and maintenance of assets to prevent loss, misuse, or damage.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and asset verification; immediately report discrepancies or shortages.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams regarding material and equipment availability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and UAE construction regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the store/warehouse area.
- Prepare and submit periodic inventory and asset movement reports to management.
Job Requirements
- Proven UAE experience in the construction field as a Store Keeper or similar role.
- Understanding of equipment wear and tear and basic maintenance practices.
