  • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
  • Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and requests with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and messages promptly.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain guest records and update booking details in the system.
  • Handle billing, payments, and basic cash transactions as required.
  • Address guest concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Ensure the front desk and lobby area are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
  • Follow hotel policies, safety standards, and service excellence guidelines.
