We are looking for a Customer Care Executive / Receptionist to join our aesthetic clinic. The candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and will play a key role in ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and professional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries.
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
  • Provide accurate information about clinic services and offers.
  • Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and clinic staff.
  • Manage patient records, consent forms, and billing coordination.
  • Handle patient feedback, queries, and complaints politely.
  • Support follow-ups and basic service coordination.
  • Maintain front desk cleanliness and organization.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a receptionist or customer care executive, preferably in an aesthetic or healthcare clinic.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable, well-groomed, and professional demeanor.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills (MS Office / clinic software).
  • English required; Arabic is an advantage.
