We are looking for a Customer Care Executive / Receptionist to join our aesthetic clinic. The candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and will play a key role in ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and professional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
- Provide accurate information about clinic services and offers.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and clinic staff.
- Manage patient records, consent forms, and billing coordination.
- Handle patient feedback, queries, and complaints politely.
- Support follow-ups and basic service coordination.
- Maintain front desk cleanliness and organization.
Requirements:
- Experience as a receptionist or customer care executive, preferably in an aesthetic or healthcare clinic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable, well-groomed, and professional demeanor.
- Proficient in basic computer skills (MS Office / clinic software).
- English required; Arabic is an advantage.
