Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Coordinator to oversee operations. The role involves direct coordination with clients, technicians, and management to ensure smooth execution of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, communicative, and flexible with working hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate schedules between clients and technicians to ensure timely service delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding maintenance requests, queries, and follow-ups.
- Communicate effectively with technicians to assign tasks, track progress, and resolve issues.
- Prepare, update, and maintain records, schedules, and service reports.
- Liaise with management to provide updates on contract performance, client feedback, and operational challenges.
- Handle urgent service requests and reschedule appointments as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a coordination or customer service role, preferably in the maintenance or technical services industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of other languages is an advantage).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Flexible working hours to accommodate client and operational requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a client-focused approach.
