Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Event Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute events from concept to completion. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, creative, and capable of managing multiple tasks while ensuring smooth event operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and coordinate events including meetings, corporate events, exhibitions, and promotions
- Liaise with clients, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure event requirements are met
- Prepare event schedules, checklists, and budgets
- Coordinate logistics such as venue setup, equipment, materials, and staffing
- Ensure events are executed smoothly and professionally
- Handle on-site event coordination and troubleshoot any issues during events
- Prepare post-event reports and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating professional presentations
- Good working knowledge of Canva for designing event materials, presentations, and promotional content
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
