Role Overview

As a Pickup Driver, you will be responsible for the safe operation of 3-ton to 5-ton vehicles. You will ensure that technicians reach their sites on time and that all vehicle maintenance and safety standards are strictly followed.

Key Responsibilities

• Vehicle Operation: Safely drive 3.5-ton pickup trucks to various residential, commercial, and industrial sites.
• Navigation: Use GPS and knowledge of Dubai roads to ensure timely arrivals at scheduled appointments.
• Loading & Unloading: Assist the team in ensuring equipment and chemicals are securely loaded and organized in the vehicle.
• Maintenance: Perform daily vehicle checks (oil, tires, fuel, water) and report any mechanical issues immediately.
• Compliance: Strictly follow all RTA (Roads and Transport Authority) rules and Dubai traffic regulations.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate vehicle logbooks, including mileage and delivery notes.

Candidate Requirements

• License: A valid UAE Manual Driving License (Category 3 or 4) is mandatory.
• Experience: 3–5 years of professional driving experience in Dubai, specifically with 3/5-ton pickups.
• Languages: Must be fluent in Hindi or Urdu (to communicate with the technical team). Basic English is a plus.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with Dubai’s major roads, industrial zones, and residential communities.
• Conduct: Clean driving record and a professional, punctual attitude.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: AED 2,800 – AED 3,200 (depending on experience).
• Benefits: Employment visa, medical insurance, and annual leave as per UAE Labor Law.
