• Identify and target potential clients
• Cold call and cold out reach to prospect clients
• Register the company on all platforms for bidding process including proposal preparation
• Conduct market research, monitor competitor activities, and identify emerging market trends and growth opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Prepare and present customized cleaning service proposals to clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain a database of prospects and follow up to close sales effectively.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Driving License is mandatory
• Good communication skills and a polite, professional attitude
