We are looking for a professional and reliable Personal Assistant with an Arabic background. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, trustworthy, and capable of handling both personal and administrative tasks efficiently while communicating confidently in Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily schedules, meetings, and appointments
  • Handle emails, phone calls, and messages (Arabic & English)
  • Coordinate with Arabic-speaking clients and contacts
  • Prepare documents, reports, and records
  • Manage personal and office-related tasks
  • Maintain strict confidentiality at all times

Requirements:

  • Arabic background is mandatory
  • Fluency in Arabic (spoken & written)
  • Good command of English
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role (preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email handling
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills
  • Professional, well-organized, and trustworthy personality
