Executive Assistant

Full job description

We are seeking a junior to mid-level Executive Assistant to support the Chief Operating Officer in day-to-day administrative and coordination activities. The role focuses on calendar management, documentation, follow-ups, and internal coordination, rather than high-level strategic or confidential decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the COO’s calendar, meetings, and reminders
  • Coordinate internal meetings and prepare basic agendas and MOMs
  • Handle email correspondence, follow-ups, and document filing
  • Prepare simple reports, presentations, and trackers (Excel / PowerPoint)
  • Coordinate with internal departments for task follow-ups
  • Assist in travel bookings, meeting logistics, and office coordination
  • Maintain organized records of documents and approvals
  • Support basic administrative tasks as assigned by the COO

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma (any discipline)
  • 1–3 years of experience in admin, secretary, or assistant role
  • Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
