Full job description
We are seeking a junior to mid-level Executive Assistant to support the Chief Operating Officer in day-to-day administrative and coordination activities. The role focuses on calendar management, documentation, follow-ups, and internal coordination, rather than high-level strategic or confidential decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the COO’s calendar, meetings, and reminders
- Coordinate internal meetings and prepare basic agendas and MOMs
- Handle email correspondence, follow-ups, and document filing
- Prepare simple reports, presentations, and trackers (Excel / PowerPoint)
- Coordinate with internal departments for task follow-ups
- Assist in travel bookings, meeting logistics, and office coordination
- Maintain organized records of documents and approvals
- Support basic administrative tasks as assigned by the COO
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma (any discipline)
- 1–3 years of experience in admin, secretary, or assistant role
- Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
