Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Relations: Greet and seat guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed information on daily specials or ingredients.
  • Order Management: Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system and coordinate timing with the kitchen staff.
  • Service Excellence: Serve orders promptly, check in on guests during their meal, and handle requests or complaints with a positive attitude.
  • Table Maintenance: Set up tables with clean linen and silverware, clear dishes quickly after use, and maintain a tidy dining area.
  • Upselling: Suggest appetizers, beverages, or desserts to enhance the guest experience and increase restaurant revenue.
  • Payments: Prepare checks and process cash or card transactions accurately.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience as a Waitress or in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Communication: Good command of English; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, or Tagalog) are an advantage.
  • Soft Skills: A polite, patient, and outgoing personality with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
