Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Barista cum Cashier to join our hospitality team in Nauru. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as well, operating a cash register, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, specialty beverages, and other non-alcoholic drinks
• Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with safety and legal standards
• Operate POS system and handle cash/card transactions accurately
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at all times
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar, counter, and work areas
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
• Follow hygiene, health, and safety standards
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Barista and Cashier
• Experience preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Knowledge of coffee machines, drink recipes, and bar equipment
• Basic cash handling and POS experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Previous hospitality experience in hotels, cafés, or restaurants is an advantage
