Job Summary:
The Front Desk Admin Assistant will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience. The role involves handling front desk operations, administrative support, and coordination while communicating effectively in both Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails (Arabic & English)
  • Manage front desk operations, appointments, and meeting room schedules
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and courier services
  • Maintain records, files, and office documentation
  • Provide administrative support to management and departments as required
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Proven experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Well-organized, professional, and customer-focused
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
