Receptionist

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Answer and redirect incoming calls promptly.
  • Provide administrative support including managing calendars and correspondence.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization.
  • Coordinate meetings and events as needed.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a front office or customer service role for at least 3 years .
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
