We are looking for a flexible and motivated Barista / Kitchen Commis to join our coffee shop team. This position requires assisting with coffee preparation and basic kitchen operations while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and customer service. The ideal candidate is hands-on, adaptable, and able to work efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Barista Duties:

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, and non-coffee drinks according to standards
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
• Operate and clean coffee machines, grinders, and related equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station

Kitchen Commis Duties:

• Assist with basic food preparation, portioning, and plating
• Prep work, sandwich assembly, and simple menu items
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen SOPs at all times
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, utensils, and storage spaces

General Duties:

• Take customer orders and assist with POS/cash handling when required
• Support the team during peak hours
• Assist with stock handling, replenishment, and waste control
