We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and manage sales operations at our Retail Bullion Shop. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of bullion/gold retail, and the ability to drive sales growth while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day sales operations of the bullion retail outlet
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Coordinate with management for inventory planning and control

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager
• Strong knowledge of bullion products, pricing, and market trends
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong customer-handling and team-management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a retail bullion or jewelry showroom
• Knowledge of local and international bullion markets
