Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Boat Driver/Captain to operate and maintain our vessels safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of navigation, maritime safety regulations, and vessel maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate and navigate boats in compliance with maritime laws and company policies.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure vessels are in optimal condition.
• Ensure the safety of passengers, crew, and cargo at all times.
• Monitor weather conditions and make informed decisions to ensure safe operations.
• Maintain logs of trips, fuel usage, and maintenance activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for passengers.

Requirements:

• Valid boat captain’s license and relevant certifications (e.g., STCW, RYA).
• Proven experience as a Boat Driver or Captain.
• Strong knowledge of maritime navigation and safety procedures.
• Ability to operate various types of boats and equipment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks when required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with local waterways and ports.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Experience with luxury or passenger vessels is a plus.
